Well it has been a very long weekend and I'm still sort of recovering from it. Why? I'm not sure I didn't really do much besides sit there and look official..... and or get dragged here and there ..... and get molestered by pervy staff people. I had really been looking forward to Danny being there with me but his schooling is honestly more important than bumming around a con. I am so proud of him for doing well in school and I hope someday I can make him just as proud of me as I am of him.

There were some things that went on at the con that I didn't like. Numero uno: Yamilla (The financial backer of the con) didn't pay the hotel for the catering so we ended up eating Sam's club bulk the entire time. Either that or fending for ourselves. But let's not get hung up on Yamilla. ((Odd Yamilla quote: Lesbians can write yaoi too! Me: No they can't... go read Dark Prince... it makes for a good laugh.)) Ahem anywho. There were many times that I found myself wishing Danny was there with me... i.e. when "L" kept poking/proding/tickeling/groping me.... I'm a touchy-feely person... but with him.... NO GO! -curls up into alittle ball of fluff- I need to be cleansed!

On the bright side, I was able to meet/talk to and glomp the members of the Slants. They blew me away with their cover of IAMX's "The Negative Sex." It's a great song and they had enough energy to pull it off. It was one of the smallest concerts I've ever been to but all in all the most fun. EVERYONE SHOULD LOOK THEM UP COUGH COUGH!!!!! Gaijin is a sweet heart!!! And they're all Good Will addicts like me! ^-^

I was also able to get the artist duo from Italy Le PerGGine to look over my art. Claudia was so sweet in saying that my art was "very original" and "very beautiful" I am honnored that she would say so. ^-^ -FANDOM- I was also able to meet in passing the artists of Level-C and use what little Japanese I know.... man I need to brush up on it.

It is OFFICIAL! I will be purchasing a booth at the next con I go to! I would like to thank my friends for beating me over the head to do so, the other con-goers that have requested prints and my Beloved Danny for helping me get ready to do so. He is helping me take my art to a new level and I am so very proud to be working with him.

Rant Letter 1: Why is it, when you go to comfort someone (who happens to have a Nazi as one of their main chars) they put up a (Nazi) barrier between you and themself? Nazis AREN'T HUGABLE! Not in the least. I can understand if they're having a bad day but even so. Lighten up! Sheesh. 

Rant Number B:  And another thing that bothers me. People! When you create a character you do not BECOME THEM! Yes they are alive in you and they may be based on facets of your personality. But they do not have to become your ONLY personality. YOU have not died and left them in charge! If that actually happened to some people we'd all be chop liver. Honestly people. GET A GRIP! I, myself, have an over-active imagination. But that does not give me liberty to forget myself and start over in life! If you need a reality check look at your birth certificate! It does not have your Mary-Sue or your Gary-Stu's name on there! It has your's! You still exist! And don't go changing that either because that's alittle too creepy.

Rant Number Oh who cares: ....... Conventions. They are a gathering of the most huggy touchy-feely people in the world.... and one jerk that doesn't like to be looked at let alone touched. There is such a thing as Otaku Heaven. 

Rant Letter <3 (yesss.... it is too a letter.): A Note to the airline companies that blew it on the safety checks.... :-P!!!!!!!! Get your act together ya yahoos! Then .... FINALLY! AFTER ALL THIS LONG TIME! -Dramatic drumroll- Danny can come visit me! -Happy Joy Dance of DEWM- ._. Was that in public.....? Oh well... tis only a flesh wound on my ego. Ja matta.

 Today I got things worked out with class and work with the ness and the woo... I feel kinda out of it again because for the second time I stayed up until 4 am talking to Clary. (And missed Danny the whole time.) I know. I'm terrible... >.> So what. After class and stuffums I watched Phern practice little boy stage makeup on Clary and run through all the lighting testing and what not. (And missed Danny.) AFTER THAT... Clary, Yssa, Heather, Logan and myself all headed over to Metrocenter (Mall) to scrounge for food.(Without Danny and missing him). aaaaaaaand ended up buying ACID GREEN TIGER STRIPE HAND/WRIST WARMERS! That match my shirt thank ye velly much..(shirt made me think of Danny... and miss him).. (Clary had left before all this.. her fatherly person was picking up the gaggle of sibs) eventualy we got around to getting Hibachi-san. mmmm noooooooodles. On the way to peoplez houses we sang a mixture of Within Temptation and Wicked songs at the top of our lungs (and wished Danny was singing with even though most of it is saprano...0.0;)and had high shcool-ers staring at us. The funny thing was I think they may have been trying to act all kewl because they had a kar (yes kar) and were driving! Woo....>.> :P Any who... twas fun to sing Defying Gravity untill our voices gave out. Then I be home.(Missing Danny.) And surprisingly enough the mom was not mad.. she was glad I called and told here the when why how and who of everything and hugged me.. <.<.... yeeeeeah good but at the same time... I'm waiting for everything to go nuclear on my butt.( and missing Danny.) OOH need to check mail. Ebay items from Singapore rock my ever-livin' socks! (While I miss Danny. See any trends here?)

Well after I wasted most of my morning in bed I decided I'd finally wake up and enjoy life... ha. Try saying that after only 10 hours of sleep. Massive ammounts of sleep seem to mess with my mind in different ways than no sleep at all. 

So anyways. I have icons! What do you mean why aren't they of me.. WHO CARES! Final Fantasy characters are WAAAAAY better than seeing my ugly mug.


I might be getting my cell today... you never know.

YES! I know I've not posted an entry on here in forever and a day. But finally I have somthing I NEED to post about! 

Well after seven days of waiting it finally came! The card that my love sent off the friday before his birthday. I had been looking for one of the larger sized manilla (sp tanks) envelopes in the mail and when I didn't see one I thought... oh well guess it'll come on Monday. Then... crunch... crinkle... questionmark? I FOUND IT! With the card in hand and a sappy grin plastered on my face I raced up the driveway (in four inch heels no doubt)grabbed the groceries out of the car and headed into the house. Well after doing battle with not only one sealed envelope but two, I liberated the card and saw...... Snoopy? Yes! A very appropriate card indeed! Infinity plus one. Needless to say I now need a grin-ectomy.  But what really made it special was what it said inside.  It made me cry. And in "Girl" that's a good thing! I can't wait till I see his screen name pop up on my IM window so I can tell him how much this card means to me.  I love you Danny. With all my heart.
